Tillie grew up in a posh area of London with her mother and father. Her father is a wealthy businessman, thanks in no small part to the workings of her wife, a high standing witch in the most powerful coven in London. Her mother began teaching Tillie about witchcraft from an early age and she took to it like a fish to water. There were high hopes pinned on Tillie from an early age. She never quite felt the unsaid pressure being placed upon her, too delighted in what she was capable of.
As a teenager, Tillie grew more into her powers than ever. At sixteen she performed the initiation ritual of her mother's coven and was welcomed with open arms. However, Tillie found the coven meetings to be quite dull. It was all politics and subterfuge. Tillie had no interest in that. She was much more happy in her public life where no one knew she was a witch. She fell into fashion and trends with her mundane friends and often ended up using her magic to shine up her scuffed shoes or give an extra flair to her friends' hairstyles.
Years went by and Tillie and her mother constantly argued about the proper use of magic and the duty of a coven-bound witch. Tillie rebelled at every corner and clung tighter to her love of fashion. Her mother, hoping that this was all a passing phase kept at Tillie until she graduated from college with a business degree. The degree had appeased her mother, but after graduation, Tillie announced that her plan was to create her own business and a lifestyle vlogger. Her mother was appalled as were many other women in the coven. In the end, they voted Tillie out of the coven.
The ejection was no loss for Tillie, though the scorn from her mother stung. Thankfully her father was more open-minded, and after Tillie presented her business plan to him he agreed to give her the startup funds she needed.
Tillie moved into a studio flat of her own and set up shop. Within a month TillieTalk was trending on all the major social networks. She was a crowd favorite from her cheery personality to her realistic outlook. Though she's from a place of great privilege Tillie uses her channel to highlight both luxury and affordable lifestyles. And though she uses her magic to tweak certain looks and perfect camera angles, she has never once used her magic to influence her viewers directly. Her popularity is genuine, not enspelled.
Today Tillie is still hard at work with TillieTalk. She's over 150k followers on her channel and business is booming. In addition to the income, her videos make Tillie also has a line of pins, t-shirts, and hoodies that she sells to her fans.

It takes a lot to get her down. The only sore spot is her relationship with her mother which is still sour since Tillie was voted out of the coven. They rarely speak, and when they do it is at the behest of Tillie's father.
Flirting comes naturally to Tillie and it is often how her communication comes across whether it is her intention or not. She's a very physical person as well, happy to hold hands or cuddle whether platonically or not. She's never had any long-term relationships, though not for lack of trying. She's had several partners for brief periods of time but her relationships never last. Usually, it's come down to Tillie being too busy with her work or the other person not being up for Tillie's energy all the time. She doesn't let her dating history get her down. As far as she's concerned life is just filled with more opportunities for her to find the right person for her.
She refuses to compromise herself or her business for someone else.
